My Xbox One (wired as well) was pulling well over 100 down consistently, so obviously there was an issue. The old adapter was consistently pulling about 8-10mbps down, about 1 up. I've been using it since launch, worked alright. So I had an old 10/100 USB Ethernet adapter lying around that "worked" with the Switch.
